  Position: Transportation Supervisor

  Shift: Monday-Friday Days

  Come join a national supply chain company with huge growth plans. Our client is looking for a high performing Transportation Supervisor to run a fleet of 50-60 drivers. Our client is looking for an experienced Supervisor with high volume transportation experience.
  
  Responsibilities:
  
  - Plans, directs, and oversees all transportation functions for the account
  - Manages the performance of both salaried managers/supervisors and company drivers
  - Coordinates closely with customers and area personnel to identify needs and investigate and solve problems
  - Ensures on-time delivery of products and services
  - Ensures transportation operations meets or exceeds safety and regulatory standards
  
  Qualifications:
  
  - Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience in the logistics field (3+ years)
  - Strong oral and written communications skills
  - 3+ years' experience in customer service and/or sales in the logistics field
  
  Skills/Abilities:
  
  - Exceptional communication skills
  - Excellent leadership abilities
  - Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
