  Title: Distribution and Transportation Manager

  Our client is a top 10 beverage distributor in the US and is looking for a DC Manager that has a background in Operations and Transportation. This individual will be the #1 in the building and will have full P&L responsibilities. If this is in line with your experience and expectations, lets connect!
  
  Must Haves:
  
  - 5+ years of warehousing/transportation management experience; experience in food or beverage distribution highly preferred
  - Strong knowledge and experience in managing both warehouse team members and drivers
  - Understand all aspects of warehouse management (shipping and receiving, selecting, inventory control, etc.)
  - Servant Leader mentality
  - Proven ability in leading a diverse and high-performing work force
  - Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems
  
  Preferred Experience:
  
  - Bachelor’s degree
  - Has had P&L responsibility prior
  - Roadnet transportation software
