  Come join a national supply chain company with huge growth plans. Our client is looking for an Inventory Control Manager to help with a new 400k sq/ft distribution center in Healthcare. Top candidates are coming with management experience of small teams. This role will have 2-3 direct reports and 6-8 indirect.
  
  Responsibilities:
  
  - Establish and maintain daily reports to measure daily, weekly and monthly KPI's
  - Track inventory costs
  - Develop and maintain inventory control systems
  - Develop and manage the facility cycle count program
  
  Qualifications:
  
  - Minimum 2 years’ experience in inventory management
  - Minimum 3 years' experience in warehousing/distribution or a manufacturing environment
  - Bachelor's degree preferred
  - Prior experience with IC systems
  - Ability to solve problems in a demanding and fast-paced environment
  
  Skills/Abilities:
  
  - Works well as an individual and as a team
  - Detail Oriented with great follow-up skills
  - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
