  Position: Distribution Center Maintenance Supervisor
  
  Location: Ephrata, PA
  
  Pay: Competitive base salary
  
  Description:
  
  Come join an industry leading retail distributor with ample room for career growth opportunities! They need to add an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to their team. Currently we're looking to fill a 1st and 3rd shift position. Experience with refrigeration is a plus but not a requirement.
  
  Responsibilities:
  
  - Assist in management of all facility maintenance
  - Will have responsibility over the HVAC, refrigeration systems, forklifts, pallet jacks, exterior, etc.
  - Around 30 associates across all three shifts
  - Oversee and ensure building, grounds and equipment are clean and well maintained
  - Perform special projects as needed and assigned
  
  Qualifications:
  
  - Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and procedures including best safety practices
  - Working knowledge of the computerized maintenance program to document and schedule all maintenance tasks and inventories.
  - Minimum of two years maintenance and supervisory experience in a distribution center required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  
  Skills/Abilities:
  
  - Industry leading leadership skills
  - Effectively manages labor budget and other controllable costs
  - Strong problem solving skills
  - Ability to train and motivate
