  Shift: 4 10-12's

This is an established and reputable grocery distributor. The Warehouse/Operations Supervisor is imperative to the overall success of the operation. Successful candidates for this role typically come with high volume distribution experience.
  
  Responsibilities:
  
  - Oversees daily shift operations; overseeing all aspects of the warehouse (shipping, receiving, selecting, etc.)
  - Effectively motivate and lead a high performing team of 20-30 in a fast paced warehouse environment
  - Establish and hit on company KPI's (daily, weekly, quarterly and yearly)
  - Implement new process improvement strategies
  - Participate in the implementation of departmental budgets
  
  Qualifications:
  
  - 3+ years of warehouse management experience
  - High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  - Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
  - Has led a team of associates in a warehouse environment
  - Experience in high volume and demanding distribution
  
  Skills/Abilities:
  
  - Strong conflict resolution experience
  - Experience using warehouse management systems
  - Knowledgeable of warehouse safety regulations
