- 7+10 years of Strategic Multi-Unit Retail Stores Operations experience required
- Strong Project Management and planning skills
- Proven communication and operations strategy-building skills
- Experience leading highly complex store operations projects
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Education, Business or Human Resources preferred
