  Position: DC Senior Director of Operations
  
  Location: Lathrop, CA
  
  Description:
  
  Our client is an industry leading supply chain organization who is looking for a Senior Director to run one of their largest distribution centers in the U.S.
  
  Candidates must have 24/7, high volume distribution experience as a Director, Senior Director or Vice President. Candidate's also must have a strong union background.
  
  Responsibilities:
  
  - Evaluate the performance of all distribution functions including addressing performance gaps
  - Coach, mentor, train and develop salaried leaders
  - Oversee and monitor the annual budget
  - Achieve a high level of customer service and meet company KPI's
  - Ensure the DC has positive and safe working conditions
  - Oversee new company initiatives and bring a C.I. mindset to the building
  
  Requirements:
  
  - 5+ years in a DC General Manager, Director or VP level role
  - High volume distribution experience preferably in retail, food or autoparts
  - Has led teams of 300+ in a DC environment
  - Bachelor's degree highly preferred
  - Strong track record overseeing C.I. initiatives
  
  Skills/Abilities:
  
  - Strong with warehouse management systems
  - Great communication skills
  - Strong analytical and budgetary skills
  - Servant Leadership mentality
