  Position: Warehouse General Manager

  Responsibilities:
  
  - Leading all warehouse and transportation functions of the distribution center
  - Managing a team of 600+ people including the warehouse team and drivers
  - Full P&L Responsibility
  - Measures and develops game plans to improve company KPI’s
  
  MUST Haves:
  
  - Food distribution experience; grocery or foodservice distribution experience preferred
  - 3+ years in a General Manager/Director level role in distribution
  - Heavy transportation and warehouse management experience in DCs of 300k+ sq. ft.
  - Experience managing a full P&L
  - Process Improvement skills
  
  Skills/Abilities:
  
  - Union management
  - Great communication skills
  - Strong analytical and budgetary skills
  - Servant Leadership mentality
