  Position: Senior Transportation Manager

  Salary: $85-100k + 20% bonus + car allowance
  
  Description:
  
  Come join a national supply chain company with huge growth plans. Our client is looking for a high performing Senior Transportation/Logistics Manager to run a private fleet of 150+ drivers. Our client is looking to bring someone into this role to groom for 12-18 months before promoting to the next level.
  
  Responsibilities:
  
  - Plans, directs, and oversees all transportation functions for the account
  - Manages the performance of both salaried managers and company drivers
  - Coordinates closely with customers and area personnel to identify needs and investigate and solve problems
  - Oversees weekly, monthly and yearly P&L statements
  - Ensures on-time delivery of products and services
  - Ensures transportation operations meets or exceeds safety and regulatory standards
  
  Qualifications:
  
  - Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience in the logistics field (5+ years)
  - 3+ years' experience in P&L management
  - 3+ years' experience in customer service and/or sales in the logistics field
  
  Skills/Abilities:
  
  - Exceptional communication skills
  - Excellent leadership abilities
  - Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
