  Come join an industry leading beverage company that has been in business for 75+ years. Our client is heavily invested in technology and automation and are looking for a strong process focused Transportation Manager. This will start out as a support role for the first 12-24 months working on projects, process improvement initiatives and cost cutting measures. It will then transition into a Management role running the transportation department that includes 150+ private fleet drivers. Candidates should have transportation operations management experience along with process improvement experience.
  
  Responsibilities:
  
  - Heading up process improvement initiatives
  - Project management
  - Finding operational inefficiencies and making the necessary suggestions and changes
  
  Qualifications:
  
  - Minimum of 5 years’ in transportation management preferably in the F&B/CPG industry
  - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience and training
  - Lean Six Sigma Training or other process focused training
  - Ability to solve problems in a demanding and fast-paced environment
  
  Skills/Abilities:
  
  - Strong knowledge in transportation management systems
  - Excellent communication and problem solving skills
