  My client is seeking a driven Warehouse Manager to build and lead their team of dedicated individuals while creating a structured, successful, and fun working environment.
  
  Prospective candidates MUST have a background as follows:
  
  - 3-5 years’ experience in distribution/warehousing environment
  - Proven Inbound/Outbound Distribution Management experience
  - Must be open to 2nd shift
  - Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) skills a plus
  - Proven ability to communicate and execute policies and procedures
  
  Prospective candidates SHOULD have experience in the following:
  
  - Perishable goods/cold storage distribution experience
  - Strong technology skills: (Microsoft Office, ERP/WMS Systems)
