Position: Senior Warehouse Operations Manager and Warehouse Operations Manager
Location: Stockton, CA
Description:
Are you looking to join an industry leading F&B company with unlimited growth opportunities? If so, this is the company and position for you! Our client is looking for Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager level candidates. The ideal candidate should come from a foodservice, grocery or beverage distributor. Candidates without this prior industry experience will not be considered for these roles.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees daily operations; overseeing all aspects of the warehouse (shipping, receiving, order selecting, etc.)
- Effectively motivate and lead a high performing team in a fast paced warehouse environment
- Establish and hit on company KPI's (daily, weekly, quarterly and yearly)
- Implement new process improvement strategies
- Participate in the implementation of departmental budgets
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in food distribution
- HSED; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
- Union experience a plus
- Has led a teams of associates and direct salaried reports (Supervisors and/or Managers)
- Experience in high volume and demanding distribution
Skills/Abilities:
- Strong conflict resolution experience
- Experience using warehouse management systems
