  My client is a major player in the retail industry. They are currently seeking a driven Operations Manager to join their team of dedicated individuals in an outgoing work environment.
  
  Prospective candidates MUST have a background as follows:
  
  - 5+ years Warehouse Management experience
  - Experience managing supervisors in a high volume DC
  - Seasonal retail experience preferred
  - Demonstrated ability to make rapid and thorough decisions
  - Must be open to 2nd, 3rd or Weekends shifts.
  
  Prospective candidates SHOULD have experience in the following:
  
  - Automated Distribution background
  - Technology skills: WMS and Microsoft Office
