    Location: Indianapolis, IN

    Salary Range: $200,000 and up based on experience

    This well-known high-end retailer has a newly created opening for Head of Stores and New Business Development. This position reports directly into the president of the company and is an entrepreneurial collaborative venture.

    As their new leader you will be working side by side with the president on present and future strategies and tactical efforts to take this already highly successful business to the next level.

    The right candidate for this job will be a strategic leader with and entrepreneurial spirit. A background in retail fashion or high-end service retail business related industry is a must. A track record of adding value to an organization through hands on efforts in new business development, team leadership, operations, marketing, and community outreach will land you this coveted position.

    If you are experienced in managing large volume businesses in a fashion environment and you possess the following qualifications apply today!

    - Department Stores or Specialty Stores multi-unit experience at the Director level or higher with hands on business development and financial management experience
    - Experience in leading a retail customer service and/or commission focused team in luxury fashion apparel , accessories, entertainment, or home goods industries
    - Strong Leadership skills and team development skills within a commissioned back enviornment
    - Strong merchandising and operations skill-set with an ongoing track record of success
    - BS or MBA preferred in a related field or comparable years of experience at the VP level in a large volume multi-unit environment
