Before joining iRiS, Erin gained first-hand experience dealing with talent acquisition challenges when she served as Manager of Corporate Recruiting for a 2,000+ employee firm in the home services industry.   With amazing grit and an unbreakable commitment to excellence, Erin and her team helped locate impact player talent which then lead their organization to become the world’s largest in its sector. Today, Erin applies that same grit and commitment to excellence when serving her clients and candidates at iRiS.

After graduating from Bowling Green State University with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies, Erin began her career working in Advocacy and Protective Services. Through her work, Erin provided life-changing services and assisted people in dire need. Erin's experience with Advocacy and Protective Services would later serve her very well in recruiting candidates. Throughout her career, Erin has learned how to ask the right questions, understand the needs and motivators of her candidates, and how to take action.
